How does your delivery schedule work?

We shop fresh at Costco, Sam's Club, and Petco (to ensure the best care and products for your pets!) in Guadalajara every Friday morning. We deliver right to your door on Saturday mornings. This consolidated schedule ensures your dairy, meat, and bakery items are as fresh as possible for your weekend restock!
How do I pay? (And why are your prices so good?)

We keep our overhead low and our profit margins very small so we can pass those savings directly to you. You pay at your door upon delivery. To avoid extra fees and get the best price, we gladly accept Cash or Bank Transfer (0% extra fees). You can also pay with any Credit/Debit Card via our mobile terminal (a standard 4% bank fee applies).
What is your service area?

We proudly deliver across the entire Ribera de Chapala! Our standard delivery zone includes Buenavista, Ixtlahuacán de los Membrillos, Agua Escondida, Chapala Haciendas, Santa Cruz, San Nicolás de Ibarra, Chapala Centro, Riberas del Pilar, San Antonio Tlayacapan, Ajijic, San Juan Cosalá, Chantepec, Jocotepec, and Roca Azul.

Deliveries just outside our standard zone can easily be arranged for a small, fair extra fee to cover the additional driving distance.
What is the delivery fee?

We offer FREE delivery on all orders over $699 MXN. If you just need a few quick items, orders under $699 MXN have a flat delivery fee of $99 MXN.
What happens if an item is out of stock at the store?

We pride ourselves on offering a highly personalized service—just as if you were doing the shopping yourself! If a specific item is out of stock, we will contact you directly via WhatsApp or Messenger while we are at the store to offer you the best available alternatives. If you prefer not to substitute, we will simply remove the item from your final total. You only pay for exactly what we deliver.
What if an item is damaged or my order is incorrect?

We stand by our quality with a no-hassle guarantee. If anything arrives damaged, or if we made a mistake with your order, please let us know immediately! We don't believe in making you jump through hoops. We will instantly make it right by offering you a direct replacement, store credit, or a full refund on the spot—whatever works best for you. Your satisfaction is 100% guaranteed.
What if I can't find a specific product on your website?

We are constantly growing and adding new items to our website! If you don't see your favorite product listed yet, simply send us a quick message via WhatsApp or Messenger with your request. We will happily add it to your order manually. Since we personally shop at Costco, Sam's Club, and Petco every Friday, special requests are never a problem!
How will I know my exact delivery time?

Instead of making you wait for an automated system, we keep things personal! Since our deliveries happen every Saturday morning (starting at 8:00 AM), we will send you a direct WhatsApp message on Friday afternoon once we finish shopping. We’ll provide you with a precise, narrow delivery window so you can plan your weekend without waiting around all day.
How do you handle frozen and refrigerated items?

We treat your perishables with the utmost care. Because we shop on Friday mornings and deliver first thing Saturday, your food never sits in a warehouse for days. Your items go straight from Costco and Sam's Club freezers into our premium, heavy-duty insulated coolers packed with ice. From there, they go directly to your door, ensuring your ice cream stays frozen and your meats stay perfectly chilled and fresh!
